Thomas Schneckenburger, CFA, PhD, is a co-founder of bluechip and heads the company as CEO since the beginning of 2010.

Between 2005 and 2009, Thomas was a chartered financial analyst in the Swiss Equities Research team of the UBS Investment Bank and Deutsche Bank, both located in Zurich. Prior to joining the Sell side, from 2001-2005 he was Head of Investor Relations and member of the extended Group Executive Team at SIG Holding AG in Neuhausen, a listed Swiss company during that period.

Thomas graduated at the University of Karlsruhe, Germany, and received his PhD in the area of Supply Chain Dynamics & Forecasting at the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland. During that period, Thomas worked as a consultant and research assistant at the ITEM-HSG, St. Gallen. Prior to completing his PhD thesis, Thomas enjoyed work experience in several international engineering and industrial companies, such as Daimler, Renault, or Shell.

Folke Rauscher, PhD, joined bluechip in July 2011 as a partner and acts as COO of the company.

From 2008 to 2011, Folke was Head of Corporate Strategy and Business Development for Daimler Financial Services in Berlin.

From 2004 to 2008 he served as CFO for Mercedes-Benz Financial Services Belgium/Luxemburg in Brussels.

From 2000 to 2004 he was a Manager for Investor Relations at Daimler in Stuttgart.

Folke graduated at the University of Karlsruhe. He received his PhD in the area of currency risk management also at the University of Karlsruhe.

Monja-Rita Escher complements the bluechip team as assistant.
